Challenge
Steinzeug-Keramo invested in the electrification of their company cars. This manufacturer of piping systems therefore ordered charging stations at a distributor of electrical charging systems.
The head of engineering at Steinzeug-Keramo commissioned us to install these charging stations.
Our approach
In the preliminary stage, we first mapped everything on their site in Hasselt. What did the parking lot look like? Which underground piping ran where? What was the current state of affairs of their existing electrical installation?
On the basis of these answers, we performed an electrical analysis to determine the most optimal setup. We then converted this analysis into wiring diagrams; the basis for the electrical panels we then composed.
In the next stage, we performed all the on-site works: installation and connection of the charging stations, up to testing and commissioning.
Result
It is not possible to install charging stations without the right preparatory works. The existing electrical installation needs to be adapted; the cables need to be extended to reach the new charging stations. We took charge for this entire endeavour, so Steinzeug-Keramo had nothing to worry about.
